30 minute sessions are great for maintenance. The point at which you're feeling great and want to keep it that way! It's all up to you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service fee. Thank you in advance for understanding and for respecting my time.
